Briose cu rosii uscate
Ingrediente:
● 200 g faina ● 100 ml lapte ● 100 ml ulei ● 4 oua ● 150 g sunca ● 100 g cascaval
● 10 rosii uscate ● sare ● piper ● 1/2 plic praf de copt
1. Se amesteca faina cu praful de copt, laptele, uleiul si ouale.
2. Rosiile uscate se taie bucatele si se adauga în amestecul cu lapte.
3. Se potriveste de sare, si piper, apoi se adauga sunca si cascavalul taiate cubulete si se amesteca.
4. Se toarna în formele unse usor si se coc 40 de minute.
